He is survived by: his wife Delores Jean Johnson; his sister Alice Jewell; and his grandchildren, Eric Slovacek (Audrey), Justin, Joshua Mathews, Quentin Cady, Sara Slovacek (Ashley), Kayla Cady and Megan Wasson. He is also survived by 5 great grandsons and many loving nieces and nephews.
