He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Howey and Norma Lea Howey; and his foster brother Richard Massie. He is survived by: his stepson DeWayne Howey (Marcie Howey); his wife Lynda Howey; his son Darryl (Susie Howey); his grandchildren, Krysten Howey, Kara Howey, Koryn Howey, Allyson Broome (Paul) and Trevor Howey; his son Brandon Howey; and his sisters, Sally Warner and Sue Cramton.
Due to COVID-19, the family has decided to hold a public internment at a later date.
