He is survived by: his wife Stephanie of Ponca City; his stepchildren, Rebecca Christensen (Clark) of Choctaw, Todd Bales (Annette) of Broken Arrow, Ali Bales (Stephen Hague) of Seattle, Robert Bales (Kelly) of Ponca City, Nicole Smith (Bill) of Ponca City, Toni Graham (Barton) of Ponca City, Donna Regino (Javier) of Mt. Pleasant and Richard Ward (Peggy) of Montgomery, Ala; his grandchildren, Justin Ward, Michael Shelley, Christopher Shelley, Marie Jones, Tyler Graham, Ashtin Graham, Annie Graham, Emma Kate Graham, Colby Linder, Tristan Linder, Madison Linder, Chase Linder, Noah Linder, Gavyn Bales, Torrance "Tootie" Bales, Tanner Carberry, Lilith Hague and Benjamin Bales; and his sister Priscilla Ward. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
