He was predeceased by: his parents, John Horinek and Louise Horinek; his brothers, Arthur and Leonard Horinek; his sisters-in-law, Catherine and Lucille; his son-in-law Ron Barth; his nephews, Dennis and Herb Horinek; and his niece Teresa Boone.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Stieber; his brother Cessna; his daughters, Ann (Kevin Murphy), Lea Barth of Ponca City, Carrie (Creyton Riseling) and Jill (Stan Reiss); and his grandchildren, Bryan, Jacque Murphy of Mustang, OK, Tad, Jenny Murphy of Corinth, TX, Jace, Lisa Murphy of Port Orchard, Washington, Kylee Riseling of Hillsboro, OR, Caden Riseling of Ponca City, McKenna Riseling of Seoul, Kevin, Jillian Reiss of Edmond, OK, Brandon Estes of Ponca City, OK and Jamie Reiss of Edmond, OK. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
