He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert M. Noel and Thelma Nadine Noel (Thomas); his wife Patricia K. Pierce; and his sister Barbara Dirksen. He is survived by: his sons, Lonnie Noel (Connie) of Benbrook and Chris Noel (Crystal) of Ponca City; his grandchildren, Kasey Taylor (Lane), Ashly Sawyers, Monica Stricklin (Braun), Caleb Noel (Kailey), Megan Gordon (DeSean), Joshua Noel (Cherokee) and Matthew Noel; his great grandchildren, Bryleigh, Luke, Charleigh Belle, Lawson, Christian, Annalee, Kylee, Brooklyn, Beckham, Jaxon, Dexter, Alexandria, Kaidynce, Kaislynn, Paylie and Kinzlee; his siblings-in-law, Susie Pierce of Stillwater and Don Dirksen of Ponca City; his nieces, Gwen Barber (Craig), Sarah Allen (Deon), Kim Haworth (Mike) and Tish Hopkins (John); and his nephew Kevin Dirksen.
A memorial has been established in his honor with St. Luke's Church of the Nazarene in c/o Roberts and Son Funeral Home, 120 W. Padon, Blackwell, Oklahoma 74631.
