She was predeceased by: her parents, William B. Johnstone and Octavia L. Walker Johnstone; and her son WWll. She is survived by: her husband Raymond P. Stieferman; her brothers, Richard Johnstone and Danny (Dottie Johnstone); and her grandchildren, Robert McCauley, Robin McCauley, Stephen McCauley, John McCauley, Kirby Ellison, Patti Orozco, Rebekah McCauley and Rachel Schulz. She is also survived by her numerous nephews and nieces, her 22 great grandchildren, and her 23 great-great grandchildren.
