He was predeceased by: his parents, David Soutter and Eva Soutter; his former wife Renné Soutter; his daughter Mistie Trueblood; his brothers, Fred Soutter and David Soutter Jr.; and his grandson Cole Soutter.
He is survived by: his wife Susie Golliver; his children, Bobby Soutter, Rebecca (Steve Dickey), Tracy Soutter, Kimberly (Kevin Reusser) and Kyle (Kaitlin Soutter); his stepdaughter Jana (Robby Harrell); and his siblings, Sam Soutter, Carolyn Haynes and Mary Wedin. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 10 Great-grandchildren.
