It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Ailey in Ponca City, Oklahoma, who passed away on May 21, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles "Chuck" Carver and Georgia Carver (Coursey); her uncle Harmon; her aunt Pearl Gibbs; her son Richard Ailey; and her brother Charles Carver.
She is survived by: her pet Frisky; her husband Cecil Ailey; her children, Duane Ailey (Johnna) of Jonestown, TX, Scott Ailey (Sandra) of Tonkawa, OK and Kara Fagan (Keith) of Ponca City, OK; her siblings, Brenda Mahan (Carver) of Hominy, OK and Riley Carver of Hominy, OK; and her grandchildren, Cierra Ailey of Spring, Dalton Ailey of Seattle, WA, Amber Ailey of Del City, OK, Holly Thompson (Kyle) of Mustang, OK, Jacob Ailey of Tonkawa, OK, Kyle Ailey of Tulsa, OK, Joshua Ailey of Tonkawa, OK and Tessa Fagan of Ponca City, OK. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
