She was predeceased by: her parents, Charity Jane Hooten (Harris) and Robert Hooten; and her husband Zack. She is survived by: her children, Kerry Mullenax, Zack David Pryse IV of Oklahoma City and Pati Burns (Eddie) of Piedmont; her grandchildren, Parker Burns (Caitlyn), Sam Mullenax, Pryse Mullenax (Paden), Owen Burns and Reagan Mullenax; her great grandchild Marshall; and also Melissa Higgins.
