She was predeceased by: her mother Glenna Mae Carruth of Blackwell, Oklahoma.; her husband Michael Wallen; her father Earl E Carruth; and her brother-in-law Martin Courtney. She is survived by: her cousins, Floy and Valynda; her sons, Scott (Katherine Wallen), Christopher Wallen of Stillwater and Jeffrey (Holly Wallen); her grandchildren, Devin, Emily, Ryleigh, Michael and Kinslee Wallen; her sister Joyce Courtney of Blackwell, Oklahoma; her niece Jill Courtney of Blackwell, Oklahoma; and her nephew Chad Courtney of Dewey, Oklahoma.
