It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Johnny Ray Waters (Ponca City, Oklahoma), who passed away on August 29, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Katherine; his brother Max Waters; his son Delbert Stanbrough; and his great grandchild Elizabeth Burton. He is survived by: his children, Steve Stanbrough (Gail) of Pawnee, Jan Bliss (Rick) of Ponca City and Tiffany Hendricks (Dean) of Edmond; and his grandchildren, Misty Cook (Chad), Amber Gordon, Kelly Marshall (Lisa), Jason Bliss (Misty), Alaina Sharp (Chris), Crystal Burton (Elijah), Brandon Horinek (DeeAnn) and Amanda JonesJordan. He is also survived by 20 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
