She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Hedrick and Marie Hedrick; her sister Wanda Prado (Carl Burries); and her granddaughter Krista Burries Stierwalt. She is survived by: her husband George "Carl" Burries; her children, Carla Bodenstein, Jerry Burries (Monica) and Scott Burries (Kathy); and her grandchildren, Chad Bodenstein (Michele), Kortney Wehunt (Britton), Brooke Stanton (Sean) and Kacey Goodno (Cory).
