She was predeceased by: her parents, Grant Lewis and Ruth Pearl Lewis (Hand); and her siblings, Grant Lewis, Jr., Richard Lewis, Robert Lewis and Deloris Houck (Lewis).
She is survived by: her son Dale Brown (Lori) of Ponca City; her grandchildren, Austin Luis (Annie) of Stillwater, OK and Abby Luis of Ponca City, OK; her great grandchildren, Brooks, Olivia, Kynlee and Kaylee; her sister Rosalee Warner of Ponca City; her sister-in-law Evelyn Lewis of Allen, TX; and her brother Roger Lewis (Kathy) of Perry, OK. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family member and friends.
