He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Arthur and Alma Lydia Fowler (Sober); his wife Danna; his sister Leona Myers; and his granddaughter Janelle Fowler.
He is survived by: his children, Jacquie Jones (Ronald) of Lexington, OK, Kim Hutchison of Mt. Angel, OR, Lisa Gruver of Wichita, KS, James Fowler (Eve) of Crownsville, MD, Meri Welch (Raymond) of Oklahoma City, Nicki Gaisford (Doug Broyles) of Shattuck, OK and John Fowler (Jacob Stieber) of Oklahoma City; and his brother Randy Fowler (Barbara) of Oklahoma City. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Humanity Hospice, the Special Olympics, or St. Jude's Children Hospital.
