She was predeceased by: her husband Noah Franklin Phillips; and her children, Sheryl, Mike and Robin. She is survived by: her sons, Max Phillips of Yukon, OK, Terry Phillips of Ponca City and Tim Phillips of Ponca City. She is also survived by niece and many friends.
