She was predeceased by: her parents, Rolla West and Julia West; and her former husband Dr. L. Levern Merrifield. She is survived by: her daughter Shawn Lea Merrifield; her husband Gerald Fiedler; her siblings, Ronald of Thailand and Terri Ann; her brother-in-law Paul Hadley of Ponca City; her son-in-law Wade Lessert; her grandchildren, Nathan Lessert, Patrick Hadley of Corinth, TX. and Lauren Meador of Ponca City; and her great grandchildren, Braxton Miller, Emersyn Lesseert, Lucy Linder and Brooke Hanohano.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to Hospice of North Central Oklahoma or the First Christian Church of Ponca City, OK. in memory of Jan.
