He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, James B. O'Brien and Norman Drake; his great-grandparents, Nelson and Agnes Mathewson; his grandfather Steven B. Breedlove; his uncle Steven R. Breedlove; his great-grandparents, Nile, Deloris Butler, Rolla and Helen Breedlove; and his cousin Mathew James.
He is survived by: his parents, James E. O'Brien (Cora O'Brien) and Leslie Hotard (Steve Hamel); his sister Samantha O'Brien; his nephew Wyatt O'Brien; his grandmother Lynne Drake; his uncle Vince O'Brien; his aunt Corie; his grandmother Gail Edwards; and his aunts and uncles, Christy, Rolla, Quinten Breedlove, Michelle and Daniel Breedlove. He is also survived by numerous cousins, great aunts.
