He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Higgins and Betty Higgins; and his siblings, Gene, Gary, Billy, Donny, Pat and Carol.
He is survived by: his wife Kay; his children, Jackie Higgins (Randi) of Ponca City, OK, James Lindsay (Hollie) of Frederick, OK and Candy Hutchinson of Ponca City, OK.; his grandchildren, Kelbi, Ayceton Higgins, Josh Maze, Dalton Hollis, Chaz Lindsay and Darcie Wilson; and his great grandchildren, Airabella, Harper, Matteo, Kyler, Aiden, Lyla and PapPaw.
