He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles V. Norris and Louella Hargraves Norris; his sister Charlene Barnes; and his great grandchild Taylor McCullough. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Van (Annette) of Ponca City, Tracey of Ponca City and Lyndi Wilson (Jeff) of Winfield; and his grandchildren, April, Heather, Nina, Courtney, Amber, Dustin and Sabrina.
