He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert, Sr. Turner and Rubie Lee Turner (Glasper); his aunt Wright; his uncle Joe Turner; his siblings, Connie Frye, Willie, Albert and Robert Turner; his nephews, Brendon Turner, Bobby Turner, Oluruntoba, Jr. and Tommy Coleman, Jr.; and his brothers-in-law, Tony Miller, Toba Unuigbey, Sr., Pallbearers, Barry Harrison, Victor Miller, Chris Turner of Anthony Turner, Tyrone Coburn and Ronnie Rogers.

He is survived by: his son Deon Coleman; and his siblings, Roosevelt Glasper, McKinley Turner, Joe Turner, Rutha Rose, Daisy Turner-Unuigbey, Dolores Turner, Carolyn Turner, Paula Miller and Pamela Turner.
