It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hubert William Penka Jr. of Ponca City, Oklahoma, born in Great Bend, Kansas, who passed away on April 15, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert William and Mary Lou Penka (Helms). He is survived by: his children, Kristie Vess of Bristow, Oklahoma and Ryan Penka of Hutchinson, Kansas; and his siblings, Eve Inscore of Medford, Oklahoma and Don Penka of Owasso, Oklahoma. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
