He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Summers and Erma Summers; his grandson Joshua Stockstill; and his brothers, Marvin and Delmar Summers.
He is survived by: his wife Thelma Summers; and his children, Mark Summers (Rhonda) of Hutto, TX, Julie Stockstill (Steve) of Jonesborough, TN, Greg Summers of Ponca City, OK, Trevor Summers (Jennifer) of Waxahachie, TX, Amy Nix (Shannon) and Benjamin Summers (Tammy) of Cypress, TX. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
