He is survived by: his parents, Jennie Rose Collins of Ponca City and Anacleto Vicento-Castillo of Dallas, TX; his grandparents, Celia Castillo-Torres and Gilberto Vicente-Cervantes of Guerrero; his brothers, Wesley Collins of Ponca City, Justin Collins of Ponca City, Michael Vicente of Dallas, TX and Ryan Vicente of Dallas, TX; and his uncles, Bruce Collins, Robert Collins, Jason Buffalohead, Pete Buffalohead, Mark Collins and James LeClair.
