He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Farlow and Reba Farlow (Hawkins). He is survived by: his wife Lesa Farlow (Qualkenbush); his daughter Greta Kubik (Matt) of Newkirk, OK; his grandchildren, Kade and Taylor Kubik; his brother Brad Farlow (Tammy) of Wabash, IN.; and his sisters-in-law, Marla Richardson (Jerry), Etta Begle (Jim) and Cheri Clary (Mitch).
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Paoli United Methodist Church in memory of Greg.
