It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glenda Rhynard of Ponca City, Oklahoma, born in Newkirk, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 14, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Wynona Pauline Goad (Goddard); her husband Richard Rhynard; her parent Glen Goad; and her son James Rhynard. She is survived by: her children, Vince, Kathy Lechtenberg, Paula Sneed, Richard and Teresa Rhynard. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
