He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Raymond and Dorothy Louise Alley (Anderson); his brothers, Max and Jerry Alley; and his grandson Stephen Alley.

He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his sons, Raymond Alley (Vicki) of Ponca City, Rickey Alley (Danna) of Ponca City and Terry (Sharon) of Ponca City; and his grandchildren, Daniel Alley of Crosby, TX, Shawn Alley of Tahlequah, OK, Jesse Alley of Ponca City, Joshua Alley of Blackwell, OK and Eben Dewell of Ponca City.
