He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry and Pearl Hendrix (Jenkins). He is survived by: his wife Millie Mae Richardson of Thomas, OK; his children, Gary Hendrix (Audrey) of Ponca City, OK, Steve Hendrix (Raylene) of Pond Creek, OK, Donna Frieszell (Dave) of Moody, TX and Sharon Foreman (Rick) of Trenton, TX; and his siblings, Richard Hendrix of Wichita Falls, TX, Bill Hendrix of Elk Grove, CA and Ruby of Lyndon, KS. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, cousins; other family members and friends.
