He was predeceased by: his parents, Grant Skaggs and Livona McBrain Skaggs; his wife Cleta; and his siblings, Earl, Ricky, Mike Skaggs and Peggy Skaggs.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kristi West of Ponca, Beverly Tattershall (Willard) of Blackwell and Amanda Shuemake (Jeremiah) of Billings; his sisters, Linda Brown, Donna Moore and Crystal Ross of Blackwell; and his son Adam Skaggs.
