He is survived by: his sister Beverly Smith; his nieces, Leanne Smith Parr (Stephen) and Kristin Smith (Don Bohon); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Matthew Parr, Luke Bohon, Katherine Parr of Ponca City and Rheagan Bohon of Ponca City. He is also survived by several cousins and numerous friends.
