It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Esther Louise Griffin of Ponca City, Oklahoma, born in Newkirk, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 2, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. Goodson and Ruby I. McDaniel Goodson; her husband Herbert P. Griffin; her children, Wanda Lou Griffin and Steven Ron Griffin; her grandchildren, Laci Dawn Griffin Hill and Larry Ron Griffin; her daughter-in-law Linda Griffin; her brother Jerry; and her siblings-in-law, Dee Ann Goodson and Carl Nance.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Sue and Larry Eugene Griffin (Diane); her grandchildren, Marty Pettit (Kelly) and Justin Williams; her great grandchild Haley Williams; her great great grandchildren, Aspyn Faye Williams and Weston Lane Williams; and also, Ron (Jen Hill), Haylie and Hudson. She is also survived by four sisters; one brother; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
