We are sad to announce that on February 17, 2021, at the age of 95, Emma Eline Walcher (Ponca City, Oklahoma), born in Hooker, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Sluder and Merel Sluder (Decker); her husband Olin; and her siblings, Gerald, Tom Sluder, Dorothy Schmitz and Doris Sluder.

She is survived by: her grandson Josh; her sisters, Marlene German, Patricia Sherman and Irene Hartman; her sister-in-law Pat Sluder; her children, Annette Keller (John), Vivian Pemberton, Ron Walcher (Becca), Gary Walcher (Martha) and Wallace (Kathryn); and her grandchildren, Andrea Horn (Chet), Beth Smith, Cherie Herren (Ben Dunham), David Herren (Heather), Emilee Bailey, Felice Palacios (Aaron), Joseph Pemberton (Jodeen), Carrie McMinn (Jordan), Luke Walcher (April), Joshua Walcher (Chassie), Paul Walcher, Stephen Walcher, Jonathan Walcher, Daniel Walcher (Ramsey), Katy Conway (John), Bonnie Travis (Paul) and Samuel Walcher (Hannah).

The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Emma's honor to the Tonkawa Loaves & Fishes Food Pantry.

I learned a lot from Emma and Olin. And as children my sister and I were in and out of the Walcher house daily. We were always welcome, I knew I was loved by them.
