She was predeceased by: her parents, George Axline and Mabel Axline (Randle); her husband Homer Slief; and her siblings, Carol and George.
She is survived by: her children, Sara Kreger and David Slief (Le); her sister Kay Smith; and her grandsons, Aaron Kreger, Andrew Kreger, Daniel Slief and Matthew Slief. She is also survived by three great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and multiple nieces and nephews.
