He was predeceased by: his parents, Veda Lorene Horner (McKinsey) and Raymond Horner; and his siblings, June Longo, Wilma Anderson and Jack Horner.
He is survived by: his children, Brian Horner (Kathy) of Edmond, OK and Katherine Burton (Tim) of Belton, MO; his grandchildren, Kelsey Horner Everitt (Jason) and Emily Horner French (Jason); and his great grandchild Brynlee Horner.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Mercer Funeral Home (1101 W 4th St, Holton, KS 66436). The military honors will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holton Cemetery (11999 Highway K16, Holton, KS 66436).
