He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mancel Doyle Rutherford and Katherine Marie Labon (Hoskins); his wife Glenda; his children, Jason Labon (Joni), Kevin Collins, Ted Staggs and Christi Ann Labon; his grandchildren, Michael Labon, Dylan Labon, Breanna Williamson, Nathan Staggs, Billy Taylor, Sierra Collins, Damon Collins, Lyrik Collins and Gabriel Simon; and his siblings, Gordon Rutherford, Wanda Williams, Faye Rutherford, Harold Rutherford and C. L. Rutherford. He was also cherished by grandchildren, and great-grandchild.
