It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Lee Smith of Ponca City, Oklahoma, who passed away on February 13, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dorothy Lee Smith to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Claud Campbell and Gracie Brooks Campbell; her husband Charles; and her daughter Dottie Diane. She is survived by: her children, Charles of Ponca City, Cathy Dixon (Ray) of Mt. Juliet and Barbara Smith-Nicknair (Doug) of Sidney, Maine.; and her grandsons, Thomas, Drew Dixon of Mt. Juliet and Shea Guier Goodale of Pensacola. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and three brothers and four sisters and their spouses.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Free Will Baptist Church, 1900 E. Hubbard Rd., Ponca City, OK 74604.
