He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary McGrew and Dean McGrew; his grandparents, John and Lucy Hoskins; his brother Lloyd (Betty McGrew); his brothers-in-law, Butch Farmer and Bill (Alma Farmer); and his children, June (George "Robbie" Robertson) and Joseph McGrew.
He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Janet (Bruce Evans) of Ponca City; his sister-in-law Kathy (Jack Beguin) of Ponca City; his grandchildren, George (Sunni Robertson) of Brusly Louisiana, Andrea Morales of Brusly Louisianan, Callie (Stephen Short) of Brusly, Jennifer McGrew of Stillwater, Jessica (Ryan Hensley) of Ponca City, Kayla (Zekke Stump) of Edmond and Renee Caldwell of Texas; and his great grandchildren, Chandler, Sean Robertson, Eric, David Morales, Blakeley, Casey, Sydney Short, Miana, Aubrianna Smith, Joseph McGrew II, Melissa Green, Bre Anna Hirtler, Hadley and Harper Hensley.
