She was predeceased by: her father Donald Richard Goldman; and her sister Rebecca Gay Goldman Walker. She is survived by: her husband Terry; her children, Korey Pruitt (Casey), Lori Miner (Steven) and Lindsey Green (Jason); and her grandchildren, Brooke Pruitt, Maddyson Miner, Brennen Green, Hannah Green and Lexi Green. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, brother and sisters-in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Dawn's name to Hospice of North Central Oklahoma.
