It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deanna K. Hanly of Ponca City, Oklahoma, born in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, who passed away on August 8, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Brooks and Jean Brooks (Anderson); and her husband Tedd. She is survived by: her sons, Theodore "Tedd" Hunter Hanly II (Lesa) of Princess Ann, MD and Donovan Roy Hanly (Lori) of Barnsdall, OK; her grandchildren, Taylar Clayton (Andrew) of Norfolk, VA, Beau Hanly of Chicago, IL, Dava Hanly of Barnsdall, OK, Erin Hanly of Barnsdall, OK and Cody Hanly of Barnsdall, OK; and her siblings, Jackie Brown (Earl) of Sioux Falls, SD, Loretta Silcott of Sioux Falls, SD, Lee Brooks (Dede) of Sioux Falls, SD, Nancy Peterson (Lonnie) of Sioux Falls, SD and Terry Brooks (Delores) of Harrisburg, SD. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Deanna requested that memorial donations be directed to First Lutheran Church and School, 1101 N. 4th St., Ponca City, OK 74601.
