He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Arthur, Linda Lorg, Don and Opal Henry; his uncle David Henry; and his aunts, Cheryl Eakins and Renee Munroe.

He is survived by: his parents, Paulette Swanson and Larry Henry of Blackwell; his stepfather Jace of Ponca City; his daughter Meah Bradford; and his brothers, Blake Henry, Micah Henry and Dusty Henry. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
