It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Colleen Valoyce Cooper of Ponca City, Oklahoma, born in Shawnee, Oklahoma, who passed away on February 3, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Earl Phillips and Ida Mae Thomas Phillips; her husband William Gibson Cooper; her son Robin; and her siblings, Jacqueline Baker, Earline Arrington, Joleen Harrison, Gene Phillips and Doug Phillips.
She is survived by: her daughter Teresa Dodson of Bartlesville; her grandchildren, William G. Cooper Jr. (Sharon) of Northlake, TX and Chris E. Cooper (Carrie) of Bartlesville; her sister Idaleen Arrington of Ponca City; her grandchildren, Tony Cooper (Julie) of Prosper, TX, Jennifer Richmond of Northlake, TX, Andy Cooper (Carrie) of Piedmont, OK, Christy Olivas (Fernando) of Wichita, KS, Clay Cooper (Ziva) of Bartlesville and Sam Dodson (Whitney) of Broken Arrow; and her great grandchildren, Caden Cooper, Ty Cooper, Ava Richmond, Sophia Cooper, Cliff Cooper, Lucy Cooper, Clara Olivas and Levi Olivas. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
