He was predeceased by: his parents, Zane L. Cannady and Elizabeth Murray Symon Cannady. He is survived by: his sisters-in-law, Shirley Russell and Brenda Weeks; his siblings, Susan Adkins (Dennis) of Stillwater, Mitch Cannady of Tonkawa, Karen Kline of Bixby, Keith Cannady of Ponca City, Vicki VanCuren (Monty) of Ponca City and Tina Bose (Mark) of Lake Charles, LA.; his pet Anika; and also, Shannon Buesing of Ponca City, Ray Dean Ailey of Stillwater, Noel Cassady (Jeremy) of Ponca City and Curtis Ailey (Megan) of Ardmore, OK. He is also survived by his cat and many friends.
In lieu of flowers Chris has requested donations be made to Northern Oklahoma Youth Services, 2203 N. Ash St., Ponca City, OK. 74601, or the Ponca City Humane Society.
