It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Larry Chitwood of Ponca City, Oklahoma, born in Pawnee, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 21, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bonnie Pearl Chitwood (McClain) and Ross Chitwood; and his sisters, Joan Otto, Jerri Pittman and Linda Summy.
He is survived by: his son Larry; his wife Jackie; his children, Bret Chitwood (Julie) of Houston, TX and Wendy Hagy (Brent) of San Antonio, TX; his grandchildren, Josh Chitwood of Golden, CO, Caitlyn Chitwood of Stillwater, OK and Emerson Hagy; and his siblings, Bill Chitwood of San Antonio, TX and Judy Duggins of Bixby, OK. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
