Fowler; his spouse Jan Leatherman; his son Rep; his grandchildren, David L. Cook, Jr., Maria Cook of Globe, AZ, Blake Cook of Ponca City, Angela Cook of Stillwater and Justin Cook of Ponca City; and his brothers, Larry Myers (Wanda) of Mooreland, Wayne Myers (Tammy), John Myers (Lisa) of Ponca City and William "Billie" James Myers.
