He is survived by: his wife Joyce Goodale; his daughter Shari Worth (Eric Roehl); his grandchildren, Alexa Jernigan, Billy Davis of Ponca City, OK, Tawney Worth, Corey Erwin of Arkansas City, KS and Elizabeth Groneweg (Eric) of Kearny, NB; his great grandchildren, Emily Erwin, Brookelynn Jernigan, Riley Jernigan, Noah Jernigan, Payten Jernigan, Gabrielle Erwin, Ava Erwin, Landry Groneweg and Paxtyn Groneweg; his great great grandchild Easton Dietrich; and his sister Ethel Haney.
