She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorene Hasenfratz (Wells) and John Hasenfratz; her brother Larry Hasensfratz; and also Michelle Lynn Horinek. She is survived by: her children, Steve Stavinsky (Ponca City) and Lori Shively (Jay); her grandsons, Oscar and Oliver Shively; her sister-in-law Freda Hasenfratz of Tyler, TX; her nephews, Troy Horinek of Tyler, TX and Troy Dean Hasenfratz (Sandy); her niece Shannon Smith (Gregg); her close friends, Leanne Neidig, Renee Lee and Arlene Brown; her pet Maggie Mae; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Matthew and Kelci. She is also survived by many great nieces, nephews, great-great nieces and nephews.
