It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Sneed (Ponca City, Oklahoma), born in Sparks, Oklahoma, who passed away on November 22, 2018, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Feliz Merciez and Bertha McCreary Merciez.
