With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn Joy Sullivan (Ponca City, Oklahoma), born in Hollis, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 13, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Glenn and Marie Madge Martin (Collier); and her grandson Blake Andrew Newport. She is survived by: her children, Terry Sullivan, Michele Baskin (David) of Ponca City and Lesylee Hodge (Phillip) of Eureka Springs, AR; her grandchildren, Tyler, Ryan, Austin Sullivan and Shea Newport; her husband Roy; and her grandson Andrew. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
A donation to HONCO, 445 Fairview, Ponca City, OK 74601 in remembrance of Carolyn and Roy is appreciated as hospice care was a blessing to our family.
