She is survived by: her children, Cassie Moore of Ponca City, Callie Poulter (Ty) of Ponca City, Carrie BlueBack (Skylar) of Ponca City, Cammie Moore of Wellington, KS and Chad Cain (Stephanie) of Ponca City, OK.; her siblings, Danny Waite, Richard Waite (Laura) and Tammy Hopkins (Matt); her nieces and nephews, Kelsi Smith and Guner Smith; her parents-in-law, Frank Cain and Joyce Moore; her grandparents, Charley Waite of Lindsay, OK. and Mary Jane Waite of Lindsay, OK.; her mother-in-law Vivian Cain of Ponca City; her sister-in-law Vi Ann Waite; and also Kristy Smith.
