He is survived by: his parents, Brandon Rutz and Erin Rutz; his sisters, Madison and Brynn Rutz; his grandparents, Bill, Betty Rutz, Paula Slater, Michael Winkelman of Ponca City, Daryl and Sheila Slater of Tulsa; his great-grandparents, Zetta, Ted Ketterling of Antlers and Alta Slater of Hutchinson, KS; and his cousin Elise.
