She was predeceased by: her parents, Bryan Hedges and Opal Hedges; her husband Lloyd Dean Waltrip; her sisters, Dorothy Reid and Peggy Gordinier; her daughter-in-law Nancy Waltrip; and her grandson Matthew Waltrip.
She is survived by: her sons, David (Barbara), Phillip (Genevieve) and Anthony (Barbara); her grandchildren, Angela Martin, Katherine Jones, Elizabeth Russell, Lance, Eric, Lee and Ann Waltrip; and her great grandchildren, Kaela Hoff, Dallas, Serena Martin, Nathan, Kylie Jones, Elise, Brylie, Ethan Waltrip, Abigail and Savannah Russell. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
